CLINICAL AND LABORATORY FEATURES OF ANCA ASSOCIATED VASCULITIS: EXPERIENCE AT A TERTIARY CARE HOSPITAL IN LAHORE, PAKISTAN

Objective: To determine the clinical and laboratory features during disease course in patients of anticytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis Pakistani presenting to a tertiary care center.
 Study Design: Case series.
 Place Duration Study: Fatima Memorial Hospital Shadman Lahore, from Dec 2018 Mar 2019.
 Methodology: A collection 20 regarding demographic data, constitutional symptoms, mucocutaneous symptoms signs, upper respiratory lower orbital ocular manifestation, cardiovascular, peripheral vascular central neurologic abdominal manifestation renal manifestation
 Results: Sixteen (80%) had diagnosis Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis, 4 (20%) wereof microscopic polyangiitis. The most common systemic involvement descending order were constitutionalsymptoms (75%), ear nose throat (50%), (45%), (40%) (40%). Most abnormalities our included leukocytosis anemia (35%), hematuria proteinuria elevated serum creatinine (45%). Cytoplasmic-anti cytoplasmic (C-ANCA) was positive 11 (55%), all cases granulomatosis polyangiitis, P-ANCA 5 (25%) patients, (100%) Microscopic Analysis Polyangiitis according gender cytoplasmic-anti status showed correlation statistical significance p=0.036. Plain chest X-rays infiltrates 2 (10%), nodularity cavitation effusion 1 (5%), reticulonodular showing (5%) patients.
